As I’ve said before, the first step in knocking down your barriers is to see them clearly for what they are.
Let’s talk about the second step – identifying the Why. Unless this root cause is identified, despite your great intentions, you may find those barriers sneakily rebuilding themselves when your focus drifts elsewhere.
So I ask you: why are you holding yourself back? An old limiting belief about yourself or the world? A fear that you’ll fail? Or, alternatively, a fear that you’ll be wildly successful, which will change everything in ways you can’t even understand?
Really dig deep and uncover the root of those barriers. This exercise can be challenging, but it’s the only thing that will ultimately liberate you to truly move forward.
