The Energy Leadership Index (ELI) is a one-of-a-kind assessment that enables you to hold up a mirror to your perceptions, attitudes, behaviors, and overall leadership capabilities.
AN ATTITUDINAL ASSESSMENT
There are two main types of assessments: personality-based and attitudinal. Personality based assessments, such as Myers-Briggs and DISC, are valuable tools that pinpoint certain personality types and help you understand your intrinsic strengths and weaknesses are. By understanding your personality and how it relates to what you do, you can adapt your behavior to function most effectively.
The Energy Leadership Index, on the other hand, is an attitudinal assessment, which is based on an energy/action model. This assessment differs from personality assessments as it’s not intended to label a person and have them work well within that label. Instead, it measures your current level of energy based on your attitudes, perceptions and perspective on your world – and because attitude is subjective, it can be altered. By working with a coach trained in the ELI, you can shift your attitude and perspective and, as a result, increase your leadership effectiveness.
