My coaching journey began several years ago when I realized that I was stuck in a state of inertia. I had decided I wanted to work in advertising coming out of school, and since then, I had considered myself far too busy to really give my path a second thought. It’s amazing how quickly time can fly when you’re consumed by the daily grind.
Interestingly, many friends were in the same boat, regardless of their chosen industry. After countless conversations and considerable research, it became incredibly clear to me that career engagement is a real problem today.
In fact, 70% of working adults in the US aren’t engaged in their work, and it’s costing us $550 billion in economic activity each year. And economics aside, consider that nearly a third of your adult life is spent working. Why not dedicate that time to something you find truly fulfilling?
I’m here to help you remember that the path you set out on isn’t set in stone.
I’d love to hear about your vision for your own life of plenty and the career of your dreams. Let’s discuss where you might be stuck and architect a plan to create the abundance you’ve always wanted.
